3 Fall YES Recipes

YES is always great on its own, but it’s fun to change things up from time to time! Today, we’ve got three delicious fall YES recipes for you. Enjoy!

Apple Pie YES Smoothie

  • 1 scoop or packet Vanilla YES
  • 6 oz. water
  • 1 apple, sliced and cored
  • 2 tbsp. almonds
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • Cinnamon to taste

Blend and enjoy!

 

Orange Cranberry YES Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop or packet Vanilla YES
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup whole cranberries, frozen
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach, packed
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Blend and enjoy!

 

Pumpkin Pie YES Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop or packet Vanilla YES
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick griddle (or large nonstick skillet) coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto griddle.
  4. Flip pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Once pancakes are fully cooked, remove from heat.
  5. Enjoy!
